HIPS company fails to deliver 10:26pm on 07 Apr 2009 I am also a fully accredited DEA in Scotland and was approached by another company called [company name removed] who are based in Newcastle. I carried out over 50 Energy Surveys for them and sent them Energy Performance Certificates for which I have to pay the lodgement fees in good faith.

These panel companies are a joke and nothing but a middle man. If thats who letting agents want to do business with then I would implore them to think again because it is people like me, the local Energy Assessor who deliver for them but dont get paid.
