When AS re-gained their Leagues Status is was at Oxford United's expense.

Why doesn't the BBC do something about it? You have taken delight in knocking Sky and the red tops but I see little or no contribution from the BBC. Indeed Sky even sponsor our cycling team which contains some of our best female athletes and have given excellent coverage to the womens cricket team.

Eurosport and ITV use the same video feed for their cycling coverage and merely provide their own commentators. A very cheap option - it must be given the state of ITV finances. Could the BBC not do something similar with womens cycling? (Dare I say it could possibly cost less than the BBC's annual pension contribution for one or two executives!!).

Our ladies football team did rather well in the recent world cup. Where were the BBC?

I must say you provide excellent text coverage of many sports (keep up the good work Ben Dirs, Caroline Cheese, Tom Fordyce etc) .

Bring back Prem Plus I say but make it BSP Premier plus. Despite what #73 says their is a lot of true support for non-league football, not from people who jump on any band-wagon that happens be passing.

Alternatively, BBC local radio already broadcast commentaries on the internet for BSP matches. Would it be too difficult to add a video stream to it?. I would quite happily pay a reasonable sum for that.

As a PL neutral (I support a non-league team) I watch the PL purely for entertainment and the appreciation of skilful football. That has provided in abundance by all of the top 10 teams on varying occasions.

As for comments #83 and #89. Totally incomprehensible. Please re-submit them in an intelligible format. Preferably using words that can be found in an English dictionary.

There are other facets to compensate for lack of pace apart from passing ability. A 'football' brain is a tremendous help.

I suggest Teddy Sheringham as the leading exponent.
