What did you think of the show? Guest: Rick Stein 7:34pm on 15 Jul 2009 Apart from the very cheesy reporting we were irritated by the article on girl guiding. What a cheek to repeatedly emphasise how important it is that there are only girls so they can be themselves and this is seen as a positive.

Boys have hardly anything to themselves that have not been gate-crashed in the name of equality and equal opportunities - they have had to share their space in scouting. Yet they are supposedly sexist if they say they would like something just for boys where they don't have to "look good" for the girls.....

How is this fair?
Truancy: Do the parents deserve to be jailed? 7:29pm on 25 Mar 2009 I hope the person suggesting that members of the public kidnap children in order to force them to a school is joking. Children who are being educated perfectly legally outside school would be badly effected not to mention what a terrible thing it is to advocate it of itself. Many children are home educated or have home tutors or have longer school holidays from their private schools.

As for bullying being better dealt with - who are you kidding? 16 children commit suicide a year because of bullying. I wouldn't take that risk with my child if they were depressed.
