Ideas for Autumnwatch 9:44pm on 11 Jun 2009 As I enjoy the show so much I hope you wont change the format, it would be nice if "unsprung" ran for half an hour. It has been a great addition to the program & I do hope you will be doing it again in Autumnwatch.
I would love to see more on fungi as it is a particular intrest of mine, I record all the diffeent fungi for my local forest rangers, it is one of the most difficult things I have ever tried to learn so a bit of extra knowledge from you all would not go a miss.
Just keep up the good work by bringing us the best show on T.V!!
Ideas for Springwatch 9:35pm on 11 Jun 2009 Ireally enjoyed the program this year, mind you I always do. I am always grateful for all your hard work & I hope it pleases you to know how much pleasure it brings to me & hundreds of other people like me.
Chris & Martin have done a great job, it couldn't have been easy to fit in to such a well run team, you have both done it with style!!
I have laughed & cried throughout the program & I hope it will all happen again in the autumn.
I hope Chris & Martin will be back then but I also hope that Bill will be well enought to join you all. with Kate, Simon, Gordon, Martin, Chris & Bill we would not only be able to learn so much more but think how much more laughter there would be, it would be wonderful!!!!

Springwatch 2009 - new presenter team announced 7:07pm on 18 Mar 2009 This is the first time i have ever joined in one of these post, I just felt I had to say how disappointed I am to learn that Bill will be missing from Springwatch. It was because of Bill that I became interested in wildlife, his love & enthusiasm of the subject is a delight to see & through that he has given me a reason to get out & enjoy nature in all it's glory. Although I welcome the new presenters & I am sure they will do a grand job, for me springwatch will have lost it's charm.
I hope Bill will realise how much he will be missed by those of us who have spent many years in awe of his knowledge & been swept along by his passion of the subject & of course his lovely smile!
I would like to send Bill my very best wishes for a speedy recovery.
