Anyway, answering your question, I think florence's album is much better, because she has a very distinctive style (whereas la roux is after all just another one of the new electropop acts) and every song is amazing on it's own... something which I have never actually seen in an album before. Well, maybe Estelle's.

Also, Solange totally deserves to make it as an artist, since she's moved away from the R&B/Hip hop everyone's doing and started out with her own style. Her voice is also much more interesting than Beyonce's, since she doesn't feel the need to squeeze the life out of every single note.

I like Perfect Symmetry too, especially Spiralling and the Lovers are Losing, but I think the best Keane song will always be Somewhere Only We Know.

So Sam Sparro went from writing what might possibly be the best song ever to working with... Lindsay Lohan? Well if he can't make her respectable in the music industry, no one can.
Alexander Rybak - 'Fairytale' 7:34pm on 29 Aug 2009 Well, solange is actually solange knowles, beyonce's sister. If you like 50s music, you'll like her... (also you'd probably like her more if you were a girl). I'd say start with "I decided" and "Would have been the one", cos theyre my faves.
