Avoid scam festival tickets 9:06pm on 09 Mar 2009 shaun unfortunately I don't think you can cancel once you made a payment, unless the gig itself is cancelled, I think most official ticket vendors operate that way too. When seeing watchdog I too started to panic, but after reading some of the comments, in particular charmingchocabloc's - thankyou - I'm hoping that Ive been lucky with my Tina Turner double8tickets.
I've just compared the tickets with my 02 Tina tickets and they appear to be the same down to the hologram, unless someone has a horror story about false tickets!
I booked over the phone and spoke to a girl that had delt with my enquiry a few days earlier, plus if any one lives in london, there is a Charing Cross address.
I plan on looking into getting my tickets verified at the MEN arena so I ll definitely post the verdict.
Avoid scam festival tickets 8:20pm on 09 Mar 2009 Hi there, has anyone else purchased tickets from double8tickets.com?
I've recently purchased a pair of Tina Turner tickets, and received them, but after reading the list on sites to avoid I'm now really concerned.
Is the problem that people don't receive the tickets they have paid for, or are counterfeit tickets being sold?
If someone has had success with tickets from this site please can you put my mind at rest!!
