Two Left Feet - complaints 3:09pm on 05 Mar 2009 well after watching the show monday night i felt asbsolutley sick at the thought of not getting the quinny buzz pram and dreami carrycot that i ordered in dec 08 or even getting my money back. was going to wait another 2 weeks then try and contact my credit card company. but to my suprise the following morning i received a text from my mum telling me that my buggy and carrycot had arrived!!! unfortunatly my bouncy chair that i also ordered still hasn't arrived. i was so over the moon that my pram had come 12 hours after the watchdog show was aired! thats watchdog for giving this company the kick that it needed. i'm sure if you hadn't of investigated them i would still be waiting. i don't hold my luck with my missing bouncy chair thou but at least i have my £400 pram. i do hope other customers receive their goods quickly too!!
Two Left Feet - complaints 9:25pm on 02 Mar 2009 i am currently waitng for my order that i placed at the end of december 08. i was so upset when i saw the feature on the programme. my baby is due soon and still i do not have my quinny buzz 3 and carrycot of my bouncy chair that i ordered. i feel totally ripped off. so glad i paid by credit card so should be able to get money back from them if my order doesn't arrive. all pregnant women or any parent should never have to go through such stress!!!!! what a terrible company!!!!!
