Two Left Feet - complaints 9:10pm on 02 Mar 2009 Blaming software as the reason for not processing a refund, upon failure to deliver goods is just stalling. The software seems to work pretty damn efficiently when it comes to taking money – in my case £200 taken the day the order was placed and still waiting for a refund.

In my view you let them off the hook – considering the huge number of complaints you received and Google choked up with thousands more - all with the same experiences. No goods, no sign of a refund. Why were they not pressed harder?

If I were to deliberately and repeatedly - take money, fail to deliver goods and fail to return that money it would be called fraud.

Do the same thing as a company specialising in baby goods to vulnerable, busy parents and its called a “software issue.”
