The next time you tell us where your gigs are I am minded to send you a copy, your glass would soon be half empty!

Guest: Sir Ranulph Fiennes 9:23pm on 25 Nov 2009 If you had spent time in prisons you would realise that according to the prison population, our justice system is very much at fault. A very high percentage of prisoners will tell you they were wrongly convicted. In the end one becomes cynical and disbelieving.

My source of info is the T.V. The differing approach to stories between Sky, BBC, and ITV is hilarious, especially if you whizz through the radio stations as well!For true horror, watch or listen to the American news. Wow!! As a result for the last few years I tend to discount 50% of what I hear, and disbelieve 25% of the remainder.

Guest: Sir Ranulph Fiennes 9:07pm on 25 Nov 2009 Post 52, HKA do you REALLY read the Mail or was that said for effect[please please please] The problem with a life sentence is the distressing inability to keep killers under lock and key. They are either in an open prison or on a shopping trip or some bleeding heart and misguided psychiatrist has decided that they are rehabilitated!

What did you think of The One Show? Guest: Sir Ranulph Fiennes 8:49pm on 25 Nov 2009 HKA once again we find ourselves on opposing sides, you know I am of the hang em, flog em brigade as you put it. It is an incontestable fact that hanging always prevents re-offending, and if you look at the figures that are emerging over the last few years, it is chilling to realise that there are increasing incidences of killers re-offending.
