BBC F1 film wins prestigious award 9:55pm on 26 Nov 2009 I agree with so many others... 1st half - quite delightful. 2nd half - somewhat predictable & childish, and would've been far more impressive if live footage had been used, cleverly moulded into their existing genre. But hey, this is motor racing not strictly come, & after a while I'm turning on 5mins before the race starts anyway.

Legard did a good job? Ask yourself this... why did Brundles wonderful gridwalk whit & style always mysteriously deplete once in the commentary box?

Well yes, I think so. Wasn’t much to ask for… “and Mark Weber won the race”. That’s all.
I believe it’s referred to as reporting. And as other non BBC news channels (TV & radio) did mention Weber, I find your remark about my initial post as being ‘ridiculous’ a somewhat pointless excursion into the ‘I wanna say sumfink ‘cause Buttons me Man’ arena.
Buttons my man, too, BM.
But, more importantly, F1’s my race.

I was sickened while watching three prime time BBC news programmes salivate over him, while not even mentioning Webers name. Indeed, even this BBC F1 web page did virtually the same. Class stuff.

Make the most of KOBOYASHI at the next race, for if he gets a car in 2010 it wont be long before the FIA & entrepreneurs get their talons in him and sanitise his driving style. After all, you can't have F1 drivers, who earn millions, driving in far less precarious situations than we do every day on our way to work, right?
