The Glass Box. 3:53pm on 26 Mar 2009 The story in yesterday's programme about ditching teaching Primary children the Victorians in favour of Twitter et al fell a little short of my own editorial expectations. Neither of the 'experts' interviewed taught primary aged children and the very first item listed on Twitter's own terms of service is: "You must be 13 years or older to use this site." (Primary children are aged 4-10).

If the dcfs is suggesting the teaching of Twitter to primary aged kids, it would be breaking this code - perhaps this would have been a more interesting hook...?
