NEAT NEAT NEAT 6:51pm on 05 Feb 2009 Hey Lamo The Neat sound like a latter day Dr Feelgood witch ain't nothing but a good thing I like the punchyness of it all yeh good times .Now bad times the passing of Lux Interior makes me feel very old .It was thirty years ago when I first saw them as support act for the Police(Miles Copland was manager of them both at the time odd but true) I have never seen a band so out there
as them the guitar player wore a diving wet suit Poison Ivy wore shades and a tutu and Lux was every inch a true goth god from another place that I had never been to.They showed me the way I did not know it at the time But I do now RIP Lux you were cooler than Elvis
'BOW SELECTOR 5:53pm on 28 Jan 2009 Elbow are just a bunch of blokes who have been growing for years,and are still growing.They are organic that's why they are so good.All can play what the others are thinking a solid unit of energy fantastic.I am looking forward to seeing them on the red button.Favours For Sailors sound dodgy with a name like that but no doubt will be worth a listen on the radio cheers Lamo see ya next week
COOL HAND LUKE 5:13pm on 19 Jan 2009 Never got into The Auteurs so a book about them would be lost to me and reading someone's account of The Britpop days is not my idea of a feet up in front of the fire .When is your book coming out Lamo ?
