What did you think of the show? (05/12/08) 00:27am on 09 Dec 2008 The Christmas Song sounds great!
But, what about the part of the program about the tomatoes?! This was terrible!
The Vitamin C content of food is better fresh, and not cut up,or tinned or cooked!
I always very lightly cook vegetables to maintain the vitamin content! This part of the program implied that tomatoes are unhealthy fresh?! The more you cook food, and cut them up and puree them the more you miss out on essential vitamins, whatever other nutrient this may create!
I would like the One Show to do the same test again and test for Vitamin C and for Calcium, and the best result will be fresh untouched tomatoes!

Will Obama get tough with Israel? 10:27pm on 07 Dec 2008 Has anyone out there read the Bible, Gods Word to us today. Israel was given to the Israelites, as the Promise Land, for the Jews,in the time of Moses that great man of God. God led the Israelites through the desert to settle in their promised land, Israel. The whole of the Middle East has its own Muslim communities, and can the Jews but only be left alone to life in peace. Sadly no! They are getting rockets fired at them on a regular basis, but this is not reported on at all! We were once a Christian Nation, and now we are a multi-cultural Nation which is great! But let us not loose hold of our Christian roots! & the fact that even through the world wars there was emphasis that it was God who gave us the victory! Have the Jews not gone through enough, been persecuted enough, been attacked enough! Let's just leave Israel alone! May Obama stick up for Israel, in God's Holy Name!
