Google's Street View response 02:25am on 06 May 2009 To be honest I never even noticed peoples' faces were blurred or the number plates were missing. I use GSV more just to see what the road I will be driving on tomorrow looks like (e.g where to turn) or if there are any interesting / useful stores on the side.

And just a side thought, the people and vehicles are actually a nuisance cause on several occasions they have blocked a vital part of a, say shop name or the door number of my friend's house!

1) $10.00 for a physical CD in a store with album art cover.
2) $0.00 for a digital CD online.

Average users would go for (2), fans will go for (1).

Not just from China (had to mention that since this was a post about China), but from the U.S of A U.K France Singapore, Russia Korea Chile Brazil Fiji you name it..

Serfs' Emancipation Day 03:18am on 20 Jan 2009 One can argue that the "feudal system" (placed in brackets cause I don't know too much about Tibetan history) meant more suffering than the current implemented Chinese system. Based on the numerous comments above that is the conclusion I got.

So therefore.. okay fair enough, the people are better off than before.

The reason everyone is so unsettled (mainly Tibetans and activists I believe) is there is a better system than the one imposed by the Chinese. Its called democracy.

I welcome all Western-bashers after this post.. its funny that you don't know what you're missing out on.

There is a thing called government statements. There is also a thing called reality. Wake up people, you are not a victim. You are just not fighting enough for a better future. Doubting every single government move in a democratic system pays off, indigesting everything like sheep is not.

But there is one good thing about the CCP, it can get things done (quickly than most, if not all democratic nations can ever hope for). Whether its the right move or not is another story.

.. and #27 reminded me of those paid pro-Chinese posters for some "odd" reason.

On the global scale, the BBC has more reporters, resources and coverage than any mainland Chinese broadcasting corporation has yet ever have. And yet people accuse it of bias? I'm sure with that many people some global netizens would surely be complaining if there was bias. Funny they mostly originate from China.

Oh and did I mention global reputation?

Still, one would have great respect for their elders, just for the human being that they are. That is definately within him (and respectable that it is!).

.. its about time somebody blew that out into the open. After reading comment after comment after comment attacking Mr. Reynold personally and pushing a brainwashed pro-CCP view, its a relief to see some sense back into the place.

Ever come accross forums where the useful information is obscured by trivial posts? This post is absolutely unessesary, but to fastmrmoonlight you have made my day (so much that I registered a BBC account just to say this).
