Who will be market movers? 09:45am on 30 Jun 2009 If Everton do decide to off load Lescott (I hope they don't), then I'm anticipating players and cash. I'm guessing Jo or Micah Richards will be used as bait and possible Michael Johnson. I think 2 players plus cash would be tempting, though not sure how realistic that would be

Good to see that you are still blogging. I have a free period at the moment (a teacher life isn't all work work work!) I was pleased to see your idea of starting a football school (can't bring myself to say soccer) for young kids. I run the 11 -12 year olds football at school and to see their enjoyment, regardless of ability is fantastic. I feel that too much pressure is put on talented youth players and the enjoyment factor seems to take a back seat. I'd be interested to see what happens with your idea and wish it success.

On a personal point of view any tips/routines to get a little fitter for the football season ahead. My club starts pre season training in a few weeks and I don't want to disgrace myself.

Ps: good luck with finding a club, if you fancy league 1 Exeter need a bigger squad!!
From joy to despair 11:44am on 15 Jan 2009 I have read all your blogs so far and have found them all really enjoyable. I have never commented before but felt compelled to do so today.

I am an Exeter City fan and thought I'd say thank you very much for deciding to score against us!!!

I, like many others due to their matches being called, was sat in front of Sky Sports news.

I was pleased to see us take a 1 - 0 lead, ok to see it go to 1 -1 and cross when it went 1 - 2.

However I did raise a smile to see that it was you that scored.

Good luck with the rest of the season and I hope the injury clears up soon.

ps: try scoring against some other teams in the future!
