Brown is a dead man walking, and will carry on for another 8 months until the electorate finally get a chance to pass judgement on what he has done to this country.

Firstly any detailed policy announcement will either be rubbished by the Liebour propaganda machine or be stolen by this excuse for a government, or both.

Manifestos are the place for detailed policy.

Cameron has made his general thrust quite clear - try and balance the books by living within our means and rebuild this country from the disaster of the last 12 (will be 13 by the time of the General Election).

In the old days, I would have gone to the local Police station and asked a constable to sign a colour photocopy but with the politicition on the police, I am reluctant to do that.

How about a colour photocopy signed by a magistrate?
Perils of political promises 10:44am on 23 Mar 2009 It is good to point out how things have changed with ZuNuLiebore destruction of the economy since the pledge to change this tax back to a tax on the rich, and not the people who have the misfortune to have been sensible during their lives.

Yet again we have the liebore die-hards clutching at straws and shouting 'disarray' when the opposition have to state the truth.

Every advert is paid for by the state, meaning you and me, in a pathetic attempt to promote the message that the current HMG are doing a simply WONDERFUL job and how we'd be such fools not to love them and vote for them.

What am I bid? 11:51am on 09 Mar 2009 Hmm, methinks the LDs are getting ahead of things a bit here.

Given the polls and a good bit of crystal-ball gazing, the Conservatives will be in with a large majority so will have no need of the LDs.

I am not for one second saying that this is a good thing: Large majorities do not make for good Government and stifle proper scrutiny of law. Take the majority of the laws passed by this Government and they almost invariaibly have unintended consequenses due to poor drafting.
