Can HTC's Hero be a smartphone winner? 00:14am on 25 Jun 2009 Does your average non techy user really want to customise their phone to the nth degree? I suspect most people simply want their phone to have sensible defaults and "just work". Infinite tweaking seems to be more of a geek trait (and I should know!)
