No sense of humour where Bliar is concerned...............if the name fits then he should wear it and Mr Bliar would know all about that.

If that is true then it was the Tories that signed up to the creation of the EU, not Labour, I think that you will find that Major signed the Maastricht Treaty in '92/93...

I don't care what happened 20-30 years ago, what i care about is "NOW" and bless me yet another Labour stooge tries to deflect current Labour government affairs with history.

I unlike people such as Boilerplated don't give a damn about any political party, i do give a damn about our country.

The fact is that Brown lied to the electorate when Labour promised a referendum on the Treaty................
I can also understand Boilerplated feelings about the EURO, we have had unelected unaccountable ministers in the UK government for 12 years so you fit in well with the way Brussels is run.

Browns announcment yesterday to back Bliar for President now adds up with his refusal on the referendum and his signing of the treaty.

With Bliar as president and Mr Browns favours he's owed by his pro Euro counterparts he is guaranteed a good job in Brussels once he's sacked as PM next may.

The EU is without doubt a clear symbol of an un-democratic system run by politicans who have no interest in anything other than themselves.

First we have Brown signing us up to the Lisbon treaty without a referendum and against the will of the people.
secondly we have Bliar who stood at the last election only to resign as PM and hand over power to an unelected PM.

Bliar should not be standing for EU president but should be standing alongside Radovan Karadzic for crimes against the Iraqi people.

Never have we seen two politicans with such arrogance and contempt for the electorate as Brown & Bliar.

Once again he comes to the defence of Brown instead of his troops.

Next he will be telling us that Mastiff vehicle being converted and used in Afganistan is as good as the Boxer (MRAV) vehicle & the Pirhana Evolution Vehicle both rapid deployment vehicles & both programmes cancelled by Gordon Brown.

Benefit cuts consensus? 05:39am on 06 Oct 2009 We must have the sickest population in Europe.
As soon as the Tories announce new assessments for people on incapacity benefit, they are all claiming to be genuine.
Forums like, Have Your Say, & You Tube are full of people claiming it will be a dispicable act if they have to work.
Well i'm over the moon as to why these people will have to justify why they can't work, just like the women at the top of my street who's on DLA, gets a car at taxpayers expense, she can run around playing with her kids in the street, she can take active part at the local gym, but she can't work and needs a car.

Is it any wonder why taxpayers are fed with Browns sponge system.
Particularly the low paid as they go out to work for a minimum wage, only to see Mr & Mrs bludger sitting at home enjoying the rewards of years or learning how the benefit system works and how to fleece it.

It has to change, not only from a financial point but also from a moral point as well.
It may be an opportunity for the Tories to bring back the 10p tax band or even abolish tax under £12,000 a year, now that would go down well with the low paid and would be a great coup for Cameron over Labour.

We don't need to be in Europe to trade with European members.

Lets be honest though, will anyone really believe what Brown & Darling say..........Labour lost the electorates trust a long time ago and Brown has been caught lying again but over cuts this time.

Call an election and lets get a new government.

But lets be frank about this by saying that if the Lisbon treaty is ratified and Brown wins the election (god forbid) then UK MP's become irrelevant and our freedom and what happens here will be determined by politicians who are unaccountable to us.
More taxpayers money siphoned off into the bent Euro MP's pockets.

Unions will become stronger as they were in the 70's making it less attractive to businesses coming to invest in the UK.

I think there will be a few extra plane seats needed out of the UK if Brown gets his way as this country will be finished inside a Euro super state.
