What did you think of the show? (21/11/08) 7:24pm on 21 Nov 2008 On your item about the mosquito, the presenter mentioned vitamin b12 as a means of bite prevention. This is, in my opionion, maybe incorrect.
I use vitamin B1 (on its own) in quite a high dosage (1000mg per day) and this works. It takes at least 2 weeks to permeate the skin, but having spent six months in Thailand last winter I can assure you it worked.

Thiamine (B1) is well known as a mosquito repellent.
