You don't seem that old, but nowadays you don't need to know the atomic mass/number of any element in GCSE Chemistry. It's all provided in a Periodic Table at the back of the exam paper- a 'cheat sheet' if you will, just one the examiners give you! But I'm sure you learnt more and are now a better person due to your memorising of the properties of the Group 1 elements.

I can see the funny side but it turns out that Gerrard is actually injured and will miss the Sunderland game. So your cynicism seems a bit stupid now, really. He does have a problem with his groin and seeing how it always flares up during internationals I'm beginning to understand Rafa's frustration.

Does it make a difference if you spend large amounts spread over the years or in one gargantuan disgustingly large lump? City want to get good and quick, I see no difference to other sides spending similar amounts just over a larger time period. Then again if City, Madrid etc are going to spend this much EVERY transfer window then I feel it is wrong.
Cash n Grab 7:18pm on 15 Jul 2009 I appreciate Xabi Alonso as much as the next Liverpool fan, but he is replaceable. He gets the ball from Masch and either plays the simple pass or a glorious Hollywood one. While his passing will be missed if he goes, we can bring in a player who will run with the ball forward from centre midfield. You get the feeling Xabi could relax as Masch was doing all the running for him. In an ideal world we would keep him, but if £30m is offered we should take it, especially if he wants to leace

Liverpool on road to glory 10:09am on 10 May 2009 Can everyone stop complaining that there were more important stories yesterday? Phil was at Upton Park and so he gave us his views on that game. And for those of you saying Phil is a Liverpool fan, I have read enough of his blogs where I have finished and been annoyed about how anti-Liverpool he is. But he's neither pro or against Liverpool. And if you want fact and not opinion don't read a blog.
