6. b. Something that is inexplicably faulty or defective.

rogue state n. a state perceived to be flouting international law and threatening the security of other nations.

A quieter voice on the Obama speech 07:36am on 06 Jun 2009 The Daily Telegraph is out for blood right now, specifically the blood of the Labour Party and, as far as I can tell from where I sit in CA, the Obama administration. I'd be very careful how I'd read them if I were you. They are gutting Labour with a kind of "better the devil you know" thing--old corruption better than nouveaux corruption.
More thoughts on my Obama interview 08:21am on 04 Jun 2009 I thought it was a great interview. It will be broadcast around the world, which is why it's a good and valuable use of our President's time.
