Up up and away, oh happy day 11:41am on 04 Apr 2009 As the late great Joe Strummer once sang, Should I stay or should I go?

Well to the relief of everyone else on here, it is the latter.

This last episode was one too far and has confirmed to me that this place has changed from what it was when I first started posting a year or so ago. The introduction of "meets", the rise of Facebook and the loss of certain posters has created a whole new dynamic.

No one person can be seen to have caused this, it has just happened and as a result it can never be the same as it once was and so it is pointless trying to change it back. It is time to move on. Life is too short and precious to spend it bickering in cyberspace with people you have never met.

They say that confession is good for the soul, so it is now time for me to put my hand up to my sins of multiple log-ins.

In the past I have used the following names -

Tough Task Ted
Kyle Simons
Mrs Mary Evans
New Kid on the Blog
Mr LoveSpuds

None of the above should come as a surprise to regular posters.

All correspondence from and regarding the above is now closed. They will never darken your doors again and will not be joined by any others.

Actually the earlier comment was aimed at me because I failed to recognise that one of Tobsterr's post was in fact a joke, far too subtle for a thicko like me obviously.

In fact somebody else didn't realise either but, they are not on the hate list so that doesn't count.

We had a brief exchange but it was really nothing

So why did CtD decide to reopen it all this morning?

You tell me.
