Lions taking shape with lessons to learn 11:52am on 11 Jun 2009 Croft will be annihilated if he plays, unfortunately Roberts will be totally inaffective Worsley completely took him out of the game in Cradiff this year and the boks will have done their homework on him and Mike Philips is just a glory hunter who takes so much time out of the ball and won't get the ball out to the backs quickly enough. Fitzy will be a revalation in defence and attack and will be the lions go to guy along with Byrne and God.

The biggest decision the lions management have is getting the backrow right, if the lions backrow don't at least get parity witht the boks backrow then it's very hard to see anything other that a boks whitewash, having said that when Brian O'Driscoll takes the field all bets are off.

Gatland and Geech have major selection problems now in the pack only Jenkins, Mears, O'Connell and Heaslip are guarantees. The backrow is heavily unbalanced now with the loss of Ferris, Croft was worringly anonymous today and Wallace is not protecting the ball at the breakdown. Hopefully Jones and Williams have 'stormers' at the weekend (get it).

The prey and predators of a Georgia putting green 04:40am on 13 Apr 2009 I kinda agree but it's the nature of the beast with golf that you don't get much time to do yourself justice if your presenting the golf. I think Peter Allis has also run his course, i think we're all sick of hearing the same bad jokes about every golfer that isn't either Tiger Woods or a brit, his lack of golfing knowledge is palpable and it's very obvious the guy does not follow golf through out the year; either shape up or shape out Peter.
Under the tree with Beefy 11:10am on 09 Apr 2009 Ogilvy hasn't a hope and Tiger has a relatively poor strike rate here compared to courses like Bayhill and Firestone. Only one man for me this year Padraig Harrington, goes well at Augusta with 2 top 10's in the last 2 years and now has an amazing nerve in the majors. If Paddy goes head to head with someone up the back 9 on Sunday then it's 3 down 1 to go for the Paddy Slam. Also i expect to see McIlroy high all the leaderboard all week.
McIlroy ready for the big time 04:13am on 06 Feb 2009 Get a grip Dougal-Guts, Rose won top amateur at the open thats it, McIlroy has had star written all over him since he was 15.
