I have a 9 year old daughter, Freya, just starting out in competitive swimming - she has been spellbound by your achievement. So have I, and we both send you our heartfelt congratulations.

We hope to see you in many competitions including London 2012 in the years to come and maybe Freya can follow in your wake. You are the inspiration she can look to.
