You seem determined to get things wrong. I suggested “You should re-read the posts to which you refer. (#125 above) That’s quite different to “not reading,” in fact it acknowledges you have read it, but suggests reading it again.

I've just seen that you've got yourself confused on today's AM Glass Box, by claiming I'd posted about a certain topic. Is it your imagination, or is it your reading skills? Something is wrong.

You're right to raise the issue. If an individual has been "defrauded" out of £3 million, and some of the money, £2.4 million, has been donated to the Lib Dems, I don't believe they should be allowed to keep it. Seems a high court challenge my follow.

Ah yes, add Jeremy Bowen to the list as well. I wrote to the BBC last April, before he had his hearing, and later received a very nice reply from Jeremy Bowen himself. He was found guilty of saying 'everyone' instead of 'almost everyone' in the report he was hauled over the coals for.

A piece on the European Charter of Fundamental Rights, which comes into force next week, would be appreciated. How does it affect us? What will change?
UK has an opt-out, but Conservatives say they want to opt-out if elected. What does that mean?

Are you going to do a piece on the start of the Chilcot Inquiry this week? Can it lead to prosecutions? Or does it prejudice them? Have there ever been any prosecutions following a public inquiry? Can the government refuse to make documents available? (as they have on the Binyam case)

Can it be anyone?

Heather Brooke, for her campaigning work on MP's expenses.

Clive Stafford Smith, for his work on exposing the torture and fighting for the detainees.

George Galloway for showing the embargo on Gaza could be broken.

John Pilger, for telling us Obama's foreign policy won't very different, and for services to journalism.

Hugh Sykes, for his excellent reporting and 'subtle' messages on the war in Afghanistan.

To whoever at Channel 4, who despite falling advertising revenues, refused to compromise ('Dispatches,' Ahmedinejad Christmas message, etc)

David Davis, Boris Johnson for putting truth above politics and refusing to tow the party line.

Norman Baker, for pushing for the inquiry and his excellent book about the 'Kelly' death.

Barely drinkable

I don't drink spirits, they're all in that category as far as I'm concerned. My sister-in-law's husband insisted I try his latest whisky discovery several years ago. I was gracious enough to make complimentary comments at the time. Since then, they've bought me a bottle every Christmas - which I then give away as a raffle prize, later in the year! I did tell them one year what happens to their annual bottle of malt - they thought I was joking, and continue their annual ritual.
