Keeping the faith 03:16am on 24 Sep 2008 "this faith dates back to the time of the emperors"?

Why must everything be linked with the old emperors? Why dun you link it to the United States? or UK?

Look at US, Fed led to the crisis. But people still wow Fed as a hero when it printed "MONEY" for Wall Streets.

Why dun you look for more details in this milk scandal. Many governor haven been off their position due to it, and they are from the central government, rather than the local governments.

The Writer of the article, James Reynolds, please dun always try to use ur limited understanding to explain everything u see. I believe a journalist must be at good learning, to make hime a good one. China also has a Law system as any other country. Why do you say that they follow a way from "the time of the emperors" rather than the laws?
When losing becomes a national tragedy 11:16am on 24 Aug 2008 oh my... So nowadays BBC journalists make reports based on words from the "online chat room"? and conclude that it's becoming a national tragedy bcoz a handful people showing disappointment in these "chat rooms"?

i start to doubt that i have been overestimating BBC jounalists' professions.

Err... I really cannot agree. Another misunderstanding by westerners on Chinese.

Let me tell you what matters more about "National Confidence": your clothes is Made-In-China, your cell phone is Made-In-China, your laptop is Made-In-China, your TV set is Made-In-China, your car is Made-In-China (happening although not very common yet), oh yes, and your news is about China.

This is what helped us to bulid up our National Confidence. The heros like Liu Xiang surely help enhance the confidence, but his pull-out doesn't hurt it at all.

Now knowing that it was BOB, the broadcaster who requested to use the pre-recorded version, would you guys turn all ur words which u used to described the Chinese government to BOB now?

Miaoke's name is at the B place.

Moreover, it was the broadcaster BOB who decided to use Peiyi's pre-recorded voice. Not the Chinese government.

Hope this can help our readers have a clear view of the truth of this issue: there are not even a little scandal, everything was transparent from the very beginning.

For those who like making roumors, please, study harder for details next time before you release your irresponsible words.

Filming me, filming you 04:13am on 15 Aug 2008 I have a question. No matter there indeedly are or not. How does the western media know if there are coverage in China press about these protests? Being informed that there are thousands of newpapers and hundreds of local TV channels. Does the western media check all of these newspapers and channels 24/7 to make sure that "there are no coverage"?

Do anyone of those know that the Salt Lake City Olympic also used pre-recorded video of its firworks?

For those who are critisizing China or its gov on this issue. If this kind of "faking" is something that you feel shame of, please also be surprised when you watch your countries' "faked" movie and live TV programs.
Not quite what we thought 03:45am on 15 Aug 2008 And the 9-yr old gal was singing on stage. It was the director who just din put her signal into the broadcast signal, instead, they used a pre-recorded version by the 7-yr old gal, who was also one of the candidates for that performance.

I'm very surprised that so many people can be just easily misled by a few distorted news.
