What makes Phelps so special? 7:54pm on 13 Aug 2008 AussieIn Dubs - Might I point out that Phelps was part of a team that won him one of his gold medals? I take nothing away from his performance which is remarkable, but I am fed up of the greatest olympian talk. You simply cannot compare events.
Welcome to the real world, Tom! 4:04pm on 11 Aug 2008 Which one is the adult? He should try behaving like one! One point though. I thought this was the synchronised diving, so why, when their synchronisation was so good were all their marks so low? The judging seemed rather suspect, I feel.
The Federer circus rolls into town - but not the village 11:13am on 08 Aug 2008 It would appear that Mr Federer now considers himself to be greater than the sport which has given him so much. As with many other 'celebrities' he wants all the advantages and none of the disadvantages. Humility would be a good thing for him to aspire to.
