Britain's view of the Games 00:25am on 18 Sep 2008 it was a very enjoyable and humbling experience watching the british team and athletes from other nations. I would consider going to watch some of sports like wheelchair basket ball if I could find out where it takes place.
A great effort from our athletes.
Alec Stewart's England ratings 6:30pm on 16 Jul 2008 I agree with no. 102 on having a 5 man bowling attack and flintoff is the key man to allow us to do that when he is fit.

Also, it is not an obsession about people wanting Chris Read recalled, but for him to have been given a consistant run after been reinstated against pakistan in 2006. His last two tests against australia were only given after Jones had failed with the bat in the first 3 tests and then became injured. He was dropped either side of that series against the aussies. Overall England's wicket keeper selection has been eratic and unfair on the people they have tried. Its important we get this sorted asap.
South Africa keep England at bay 8:50pm on 15 Jul 2008 Ive watched simon jones bowl at worcester this season and he does look sharp. I think he's ready to claim a place. I feel england need him to add some zip to their attack. a bowling attack of jones, broad, monty, anderson and flintoff would test the south africans.

Ive heard alot about their bowlers being special but they have got to perform alot better and fast. This is why they will never catch australia in the rankings because they are too conservative in their approach.

I was tempted to go to Lords but £75 is outrageous especially when producing a flat,lifeless wicket. £50 should be enough.
Alec Stewart's England ratings 9:21pm on 14 Jul 2008 regarding the current revolving door of wicket keepers, Chris Read knocked up two scores of 40 when he last played for england and was then dropped. How many runs have all the others scored since?

He should have never been dropped until given a proper run in the side.

Ambrose and company can't bat against sides such as a weak new zealand. At least australia were and still are the top side in the world.
Alec Stewart's England ratings 6:09pm on 14 Jul 2008 why was chris read ever dropped after the pakistan series. Read in for Ambrose. I think we need some slight changes to our bowling too. Flintoff needs to come back into the side. A game England should of won.
