I am afraid we posters can only refer posts to moderation. If they are OK they are returned and if we misuse this we may be disciplined. This is all in the Complaints help.if they break the rules they are removed. They are the Blakey to your butler so to speak. Thanks for your advice, I see you have been having quite a few comments moderated of late. I'm sure it's not because they are bawdy, could it be they are just boring and a tad bourgeois.

Back to the future again 12:11pm on 06 Oct 2008 #669 This has now come on the board. I've received 2 emails from the BBC for which I truly thank them. They state I broke House Rules, but I see nothing which breaks any rules. Fortunately, I have kept copies of the postings in question, and have written to the BBC requesting that they point out where I went wrong. I dont want to make the same mistake again, if I made one. Thanks for the emails. I am sure a troll is causing all these problems.

All these were removed, and I am still awaiting an email from the BBC which I know will NEVER come. Apart from the contents of these postings being completely innocent, I believe it was a troll who asked to get them off. I don't think it was the BBC because there was no reason, nothing broke House Rules. Even checked a word, see my posting #665. I think the troll is angry because I used mockery in response to the rubbish it dribbles daily. It started off pretending to be amiable, but the nastiness and political skill it has honed to a fine art, now peeps out from the rubbish used as a smoke screen. Crawl away, troll and let us all enjoy this forum.

ADVICE TO ALL BLOGGERS: Keep a copy of your message safe, just in case it is deleted by the moderators. If you really feel an injustice has taken place, this could become 'Exhibit A'.

If you are quite certain that your posting did not break the House Rules, then the moderators are in breach of the BBC guidelines.

Today I saw it had been rightly reinstated and wrote thanking the BBC, both #649 and #653 which contained the posting and my thanks have been referred to the monitors. What is going on?
