GlassDoor.com and before it, sites like TheCareerMole.com and Vault.com are all trying to increase transparency between job hunters and employers to help people (and companies) make better recruitment decisions. A noble aim. The key -as maggie highlights - is to take everything with a pinch of salt, and use as many information sources a possible ensure a balanced view before you make any life changing decisions based on anonymous postings
