Who has been the UK's greatest post-war prime minister? 2:10pm on 06 Oct 2008 Atlee's creation of the welfare state, and by extension what constitutes modern Britain, puts him at the top of the pile.

Churchill was a great war-time leader, but an embarrassment as a post-war PM.

Thatcher tried to destroy this country and very nearly succeeded. The only pity is that she can't remember her own evil, and reflect upon it.

Oddly enough, this http://debunking911.com/pull.htm piece seeks to debunk the conspracy theorists, and does seem well done.
