Tevez a sound deal for Man City 10:54pm on 13 Jul 2009 I personally can't believe him.
He comes to our club, plays some average(if full of effort), we, the fans repay him with our adulation, then he accuses Fergie of mistreating him and sulks and mopes his way across town to our neighbours for more money. And he expects the United fans to still love him.

I will boo you when we play City, Carlos Tevez, I will boo for your insolence to this club and its manager.
Confident Lions aim to out-flank Boks 10:40pm on 18 Jun 2009 I'm personally really glad that Alun Wyn Jones got in ahead of Hines, Shaw and O'Callaghan. He's been truly exceptionnal in recent times both for the Lions in the matches he's played and for Wales. We have, as Gatland has said, a future Wales and probably Lions captain in him.
I also think that the pairing of BOD and Roberts in the centres is enough to have anyone, even South Africa, quaking in their boots at the prospect. They are a centres partnership coaches dream of working with.

I hate to ask something so off topic but a lot of the talk has clearly been on the recent acceptance of Real's bid for Ronaldo and as a result there is a lot of speculation as to his successor at United. I've heard the name Alexis Sanchez thrown about as a great possible replacement. Having heard of him a while back when I was living in Chile I was amazed and chuffed to hear the name. What do you think of him? Is he the right sort of player for United and would he fit in? If not is ther a certain South American player that you see could be the new flair player in the number 7 at United?

Why Ronaldo is leaving Manchester for Madrid 4:54pm on 11 Jun 2009 As a comment on what you said about the way the deal for Ronaldo was conducted by United I have to agree wholeheartedly with you there. With the sale of Van Nistelrooy for just 10 million and Beckham it seemed as if United had no say in any of the events that went on. This time however United and Ferguson had full control of the situation. He played on Real's desperation to beat Barca and remake the Galacticos and constructed a fantastic deal. Unlike Kaka's 57million move and his previous proposed move to Manchester City of 100 million, people aren't astounded by the amount Real can pay but by how well amount United have managed to profit and control the sale of a player(all be it the world's best player) who always stated his desire to go to Real evn before he went to United. The plaudits go to the Machester United sale team for making a 20million profit on the expected 60million move of last year and setting up United's transfer kitty for the next season.

FA Cup never loses magic 11:31pm on 04 Jan 2009 If I have to say so myself, I'm glad it has been de-valued to the top four. If they were to take it like they do champions league knockoutr stages then it would be almost boring like much of the title race is nowadays.

They think it is less important,

therefore,

they play weaker teams and are more lax, with their approach,

therefore,

the chances of an upset is greater for teams, who do give it their all,

thus

the magic is kept alive!
Blattered Codwallop 4:45pm on 11 Jul 2008 Thank you Robbo is all that can be said. Blatter is a fool and Frank, Ronaldo and all the rest of those premadonnas don't know the true meaning of sport, club and country.
Someone needs to take them all down several hundred pegs. Ronaldo could've been one of the Manutd greats but once again he's shown why legends have died out in modern football. The lack of honour, loyalty and devotion. He needs a lesson from the likes of Rooney, Gerrard, Carragher, Giggs, Scholes. It makes me sick
