The murder of Barrington Williams-Samuels 7:19pm on 15 Jun 2009 Thank Goodness someone willing so speak out and so bravely spoken! RESPECT is also campaign being run by BigPinkHeart, a voluntary organisation trying to get people to understand what RESPECT is and to be more RESPECTFul to others! With positive respect we can learn to be more tolerant of each other. We may not have the same views as the next person but we should be learning to agree to disagree and remain friendly, if not friends! Tolerance and Respect go hand in hand - BigPinkHeart is working hard to make our communities a stronger, happier, healthier, more tolerant place to live.

BM by the way, cooled off a bit here now so I think we might be in for a spot of the old wet stuff! So long as it brightens up again tomorrow - my daughter is going to her first Prom! She is soooooo excited!

EVERY DOG HAS ITS DAY. 2:44pm on 09 May 2008 Hi CtD - we went to Newquay in September a couple of years back and stayed near Watergate Bay - didn't venture into the town much though. It was fantastic - didn't stay at Watergate Bay Hotel though as it was full (very nice!). I think Jamie Oliver has one of his restaurants down there (with students). Beaches are great, especially Watergate Bay.

You will love it!

EVERY DOG HAS ITS DAY. 2:01pm on 09 May 2008 We have a huge market outside our offices every Friday (it's great!) and I've just got back from a stroll and overheard one of the guys talking to another and worrying about what he's going to do with his tomatoes at the end of the day! Not more waste to put on top of that ever growing pile? Already bought loads of toms earlier!
