Billie, I kind of like it when it's dark early - I am more of a winter person than summer though.

Been on a mission to ELH to buy Jamie Cullum's new album this afternoon, am listening to it now and loving it!! It's keeping me company while I try to come up with ideas for Christmas cards with a religious theme - you wouldn't believe how difficult it is to find Christian accoutrements for making cards - hmph, it's testing my creativity I don't mind telling you!

Deev, the London meet is only a couple of weeks before my holiday, so probably can't make it. I'M GOING ON HOLIDAY WOO HOO!!! Sorry, got a bit excited there - my last holiday was Italy in 2007 I think, so can't wait for a bitta sun :-)

JG, I'd be up for Manchester though - not as long a drive home at the end of the night! Ooh, and maybe Cambridge too - I've a friend there, so free bed for the night hehe.

Deev #45 hope nasty boss has eaten humble pie, although experience tells me probably not! MC, it's amazing the confidential stuff that my boss leaves lying around for anyone to see!

Watching Newsnight... 5:57pm on 11 Nov 2009 Christophe, I sometimes wonder where ordinary people are going. You know when you're stuck in traffic... Is the man in the car next to you going home, or is he just on his way to work, or somewhere completely different? Are the two women in the car behind going shopping, or to meet friends, or is one just dropping the other off at home? And what are they giggling about??

If it's ok with you, I'd rather not imagine Paxo in his PJs...

Morning, princes and princesses, kings and queens of the blog, how are you today ? 10:57am on 07 Nov 2009 Morning all (well, Bids, MTF, MC, Eb and JG) just having a quick pop in before sorting stuff for 'Pool :-)

JG, have put a reminder on my phone to pack the camera, I always forget it!! And hope Mr JG is ok! Must admit to being a bit nervous of the drive to 'Pool myself - not the motorway, just when I get into the city (I hate driving in cities I don't know). And I'm supposed to be picking up Hazel_Love from Lime Street. We'll see!!!

MC, you dirty stop-out you - in at 9.45am??? Am shocked (and a little envious)...

Right, off to make myself presentable (I need a while hehe). Bids, MTF have a lovely day, pics probably posted tomorrow from me.

Rips, I've been to see Ben Elton doing stand up a couple of times, once early on, which I preferred to the later stuff. Second time was in Belfast, where he made the colossal mistake of starting of with comments about the troubles. The silence was deafening and he soon got the hint.

Evening bloggers, are we all royalty now? Can I be a princesss please, but one that's a loooong way down the line - don't think I'd be temperamentally suited to representing a nation ;-)
