Symbolic Strasbourg 3:33pm on 28 Apr 2009 If the EU are trying to come across as democratic, in any way, they are doing a very bad job of it.
The EU are always banging on about how great it will be to be part of their superstate, if they realy believed this they should demand that every country have a referendum.
Anything less shows clearly that they do not believe in democracy.
How any British MEP can stand up in the EU parliment and say they speak for the people beggars belief.
European, Global, big ideas from the people who now have a European, Global balls up.

It's hard to stick to the same story when trying to cover up and we see it happening with Brown now.
Now that the bankers are safe and well maybe there will be a little comfort for the taxpayers? No I didn't think so.

Poor man will be demented and in tatters before long.

We are not a herd to be shooed in whatever direction the Present Gov. thinks is right and proper.
High handed, arrogant and nasty.
People change in spite of Government not because of them.
As for the smoking ban the Irish experience shows it hasn't worked.
All that money to ban a cig. ruin pubs, clubs, bingo halls etc. when the country is already on it's knees, what an awful waste.
Two wars, No referendum, No money left, Our rights and liberties constantly under attack.
Would Labour be a listening, ( I feel your pain) sort of government?
Resign Now Labour.

We do not need to be rulled by EU.
Too many EU's making too many decisions for too many countries.
Rules and regulations, handed out to the working people, human rights benefiting the criminals, no, the answer must be no.
Trade OK, Superstate NO.

I live in Ireland, I will never vote to join the EU, neither will any person I know.
We know we are being pressured to give the EU what it wants, they will use sticks and bribes or whatever they think will work.
It Will Not Work.

By the way I most definately do not support Sinn Fein, never have.
We do not need to be told what way to vote from anyone.
Maybe you should be voting on this the Government is meant to work for the people is it not?
Try standing up for yourselves.
Serious questions to answer 11:09pm on 03 Dec 2008 Labour do not care if we believe them or not.

We are dismissed and lied to at every turn.

They realy do see us as easy to control, throw us a few crumbs of comfort and then hit us with the bill, (plus interest).

The police raided parliament and nobody was there, no one thought to ask for a warrant, no it is not believeable.
But as I said Labour do not care, they will tell us any old twaddle.

Yes it is that bad, Green is not the first, just the first of the opposition to be intimidated in this manner.
