Peeass am still hoping I may find one lying around on the ground to see Mr Izzard at the Brighton Centre. I have several bruises on my forehead as testament to this statement.

Hi all. Many apologies for my continued absinthe. I have a note. And more blood(y) tests this pm. However since gym thing I have lost two kilos. Whether this is alot or not I have no idea as I still measure in feet and inches. Consekwently I have no time to be catching up, as I'm only here but briefly, and have to get to docs shortly.

That aside, Christophe, the Badger and I thoroughly enjoyed your appearance on the Paul O'Grady show...and the wonderful Dame Shirley, still amazing! Children in Need was sublime. No other word for it.

Also my phone is ducked, so I can currently only text, and even that is a bit of a major task as the buttons seem to have a life of their own, so apologies to anyone I said I'd ring!

That aside, are we still ARFing?

Mighty Quinn by Manfred Mann. For me, for my birthday, because in all the years I've bin on this 'ere blog, Mr Evans has never played an ARF for me for my birthday...and possibly one of the only times I wasn't akshully lisnin to the show, he played it...and one of my lovely friends texted me to let me know it was on...

So, I know you have it. Please, for my birthday, for the last time (I know it's not Chris this eve, but hey) it may be possible to get my ARF played on drivetime for my birthday...please.

I think I'd better shove off to bed now. Am getting typists elbow. Badger is watching some Mummy film, all very noisy and distracting, but it has Brendan Fraser in it, who is always very pleasant to look at.

A Gushy Pome for Liverpool...

When I went to Liverpool
I met some lovely folks
Some of them were mad as squirrels
And some were full of jokes

Everyone was full of smiles
The welcome was superb
Meeting these bods I've never met
But already feel I know

Some were short and some were tall

But there's one thing I know for sure
They're friends I never knew I had.
