Communists turn to Confucius 07:50am on 23 Mar 2009 This seems the best piece the reporter has ever wrote on this blog. Besides those sarcastic (sorry) type of reportings, this is the one that really touches the heart of what China's wisdom is.
An economically prospering communist nation supported by the bedrock wisdom of Confucius and Tao, China will reach in one go the seat of world superpower economically, militarily and wisdom wise.

It is true that the abolishment of the serf system that prevailed then was a good service for a large section of Tibetans. Those who had gone through those difficult days can tell how hard the life was under those serf owners, who in deed were cruel, merciless and did not have even a slightest of compassion.

By quoting SOMEBODY, the reporter in question is making an attempt to show his readers that there is nothing, but fake things in China. He is misleading his readers. "Everything is" not "fake" in China. Chinese people are not fake.They are real human beings, so are their products they export to the West, including the UK.

There was little or no disturtbance by the anti-China elements during the games.
Nor was there any probem reported by the international journalists regarding their access to what they need.
Nor the Beijing air, which was considered by the reporter of the "Jame Reynolds' China" as the most feared phenomenon that "definitely is going to worry the authorities and athlets" did not at all turn out to be so. It did not seem that athletes were worried at all.
Nor was there any report of health hazard caused by Beijing air quality.

So now, it is the UK to live upto the standard that Beijing has set. Good Luck!
