You should be able to sync it using WMP and use volume levelling.
Under the iPlayer hood for radio 10:40pm on 27 Jun 2008 Can you tell me if the iPlayer for radio will be replacing podcasting please ??

I normally download the Friday Night Comedy show (The Now Show or The News Quiz), but this weeks edition of The Now Show is not available as a podcast, only on the new version of iPlayer.

Please advise !!
Bright future predicted for Apple 09:20am on 23 May 2008 Apple won't be the first in the marketplace with a home-server.

There are already plenty free products about, and most allow you to stream your media from your PC over the web.

I agree that Apple's GUI is nice, but their iPod/iPhone devices do not do what other manufacturer's devices do, such as the Archos range (http://www.archos.com). Archos have their own TV+ box which beats the pants off of the Apple iTV.

Everyone buys iPods or iPhones cos they are mass-produced, good looking, and in today's world, a bit of "bling".

I prefer functionality over looks, and won't be buying any apple product soon.
Web-to-TV revolution 6:18pm on 21 May 2008 Already on the market for a few months, are the Archos TV+ with it's own portal of online/downloadable films, with Archos having just signed a global relationship with Paramount Digital Entertainment that brings hundreds of Paramount movies to ARCHOS Portable Media Players.
Higher Quality Podcasts 08:20am on 13 May 2008 I download Friday Night Comedy (The News Quiz or The Now show) and Look Away Now from Radio 4 and found the old 64kbps very good, so having the quality doubled should be even better.

When will some of the classic BBC Radio 7 programmes be made available as PODCASTS ??

I'm thinking of programmes such as "Dead Ringers", "Old Harry's Game" and "Dad's Army" for example.

These would be good to have.
