Capping emissions? 1:57pm on 11 Jul 2008 I do agree China should reduce the Co2 emission for the better quality of life for everyone who lives here.

however, China should also establish some addtional regulations regarding this issue, such as heavy tax for certain goods relating to export goods. The tax charge may help China decelping new technology for the substainable future.

Jamies, if UK Govenment could force every single family only allow one car it also may help the world too. i think from this point, China and Indian do much better than you guys.
