The scent of Monty lingers 4:12pm on 16 Aug 2008 I believe Alyce Fowler to be a typical presenter. She being unhurried and purposeful in her approach. Both Monty and Alyce seemed to gel well in the garden.
And while on the 'subject' of Monty I can't let this opportunity pass without 'singing his praise'. Dear Monty. Such a gentle yet ferociously passionate gardener; my hero and mentor.Your not forgotten Monty,as the compost flows through my fingers I remember your infectious smile.
