Defeat shouldn't mask England's progress 11:55am on 11 Sep 2009 Congratulations to our ladies, when the men make it to the final of a major tournament then we can start knocking Women's Football. They battled their way to the final next time they will do better its a learning curve. Keep your heads up you have done more then our ens team actually failed to qualify for the last European finals!
Arsenal will not miss Adebayor 12:35pm on 16 Jul 2009 Good luck to Ade where ever he ends up gave us a great season when Henry left. Now we wait to see if Arsene can pull a couple of master strokes with the money. My only concern is that having seen off Spurs a couple of seasons ago and Villa last season for 4th spot that City may prove our nemesis for our Champions League place. We need to be chalenging for the title not looking over our shoulder in 4th place.

You've managed to upset both of the top two teams witn accurate assesment of the state of their title challenges. What does it say about the premiership that in December we have 3 of the top 4 teams in contention to win the title. At last there is some real competition with a chance of 3 if not 4 teams making it all the way down to the wire.

Man Utd should sell 'slave' Ronaldo 12:36pm on 11 Jul 2008 As a fan for more years than i care to mention, I've seen players go for more money every year. First time £100,00 for a player then £1,000,000 now 10s millions. I think the problem is that all the money in football is conectrtated in Champions League elite and even in that League the elite club is now Real Madrid.
