The reverse, I fear, is a far more likely scenario.

Enoch Powell's analysis was, in my opinion, correct as it almost certainly was in respect of "Europe" and Iraq:

The Chinese, Saudi's and Kuwaiti's amongst others have the same concerns it seems.

However, rightly or wrongly, the've taken action. And, already have bought and/or leased agricultural land roughly the size of France's farming areas and are farming for their home consumption.
