Can Blazevic work his magic for Bosnia? 11:00pm on 10 Nov 2009 I really think Bosnia will win this one,Portugal lack goals and base there whole game of Ronaldo who is injured or will not be at 100% if he does play,Bosnia however have a side full of goals in the form of two great strikers in Ibisevic and Dzeko,They also have two very creative players in the form of Pjanic and Misimovic,In the form of Spahic,Jahic and Damajanovic they also have an experienced backline incase there is any nervy moments,Infact now you have reminded me of it Phil i think i may stick a tenner on a Bosnia win

Haye does what he has to do 10:35am on 08 Nov 2009 I dont think Jim Watt was as bad as some people were suggesting,If i am honest i think Haye should haave gone for Valuev more than he did as he could have easily got a KO,I am delighted he got the result and Britain have a heavyweight champion again and he stuck to the gameplan perfectly,Valuev was not a worthy champion and i really feel sorry for Holyfield who done more in his fight than Haye did in his,I understand it would be stupid to stand toe to toe with Valuev but i feel if he done raiding tactics yes he may have run out of gas but i think he would have got a KO,Anyway all credit to Davids ability to stick to a gameplan which i did not think he had in him and a win over John Ruiz should be comfortable enough and then perhaps a fight with the Klitsckhos which he would most likely get battered in
Honest Wolves pay penalty 9:49pm on 24 Oct 2009 I also disagree with the fact that you say Wolves need a cutting edge, Kightly,Jarvis provide width they have a proven striker in Doyle and SEB will be able to cut it at this level, they also have the creativity of Miljas in the centre of the park now if you said Birmingham lack the cutting edge id completely agree but not Wolves, they lack depth at the back however Zubar and Mancienne are good players as is Foley if these get injured they struggle however but they are newly promoted and there will be flaws

i think Wolves will stay up and easily too
Hiddink's Russian revolution still on track 6:10pm on 13 Oct 2009 although i can see the points raised earlier about the big teams not getting through ie portugal,france,russia they certainly dont have easy ties Bosnia are a young proggesive sides with one of the best young strikers in europe in dzeko and a brilliant midfeilder in pjanic of lyon, they also have two others player in the bundesliga that are mismovic and ibesevic who was doing brilliantly in the bundesliga last season before he got a cruciate ligament injury, although they are defensively weak i could see them posing a threat to most sides, the republic of ireland have probably the 2nd best chance after ukraine of going through with the likes of robbie keane in the side i think for them france or portugal is a better draw than russia as i dont think they would cope very well in moscow,Ukraine have the best chance with players like sheva who can pose a threat,they also have the best defender out of the 4 in chgyrinsky of Barcelona who will succeed puyol at the club, they also have Tymoschuk of Bayern Munich and voronin of liverpool they by far out of the teams have the best chance of progessing,Slovakia is a very underrated team but one with some great players such as Martin Skrtel of Liverpool and Marek Hamsik of Napoli however they lack goals as there best striker Filip Holosko has scored 5 goals in 36 games at international level

Briatore bows out in unsavoury style 4:39pm on 16 Sep 2009 i find this whole saga shocking tbh theres been so much money invested into safety over the years that teams like renault can now try and make someone crash on purpose, what if Piquet were too have died how would have flavio have felt then?? tbh its nearly attempted murder but it also shows the pressure piquet must have been under if they asked him just to do that just for alonso

i dont believe alonso is totally innocent in this as someone said earlier he came in 2 laps earlier with the perfect amount of fuel on board which i dont find a coincedience, i feel the only justifable ban would be to ban renault from this years racing or chuck them out completely for BMW if renault want to continue
Morbo, 'El Mega Duelo' and Mourinho 6:30pm on 15 Sep 2009 i think barcelona would have improved if they bought ibra or villa as they need a target man sold eto'o and bought a left sided midfeilder or striker like mata or silva so if the lacked the pace from eto'o they could play henry throught the middle but now they dont have that they have got weaker going forward and lack the intesity they had last year, inter have improved considerabiely with the signings off milito,lucio,eto'o and sneidjer they finally have some top classs players and a top class manager and have a chance of winning a champions league this year however it may have come too soon and there backup is old but Inter and Juve have gone from a very very old team to a slightly old team and i will fill there teams will only get younger and thats why AC Milan wont win the title or champions league as there still full of old players

or are we just counting the revamped version because in that case Real Madrid have only won one Champions League
