Can a charity make file-sharing taboo? 5:37pm on 02 May 2008 Expanding on Eruannax's point. It doesn't work, it's been tried before on DVD's and CD's. Copyright protection to prevent copying the media to a digital format on your computer.

In order to curb it you would need to add software to the CD/DVD in order to place the command to delete software. This wouldn't work. A CD is digital audio. Adding the software to an audio alters the file and makes it digital media. As previous attempts have seen when you add copyright protection to prevent copying the file people simply accessed the file and removed the software. Pointless exercise. Provided you simply remove the eronious code.
Waiting for Ballmer 4:32pm on 02 May 2008 They're both hardly antiquated as TwelveEightyOne seem's to insist. As previously stated Yahoo is still the most visited site on the web. As it holds that place its revenue from advertising is substancially higher than Googles. This is an attractive prospect for Microsoft.

Despite your personal preferences on what you use to search, I still use Yahoo given that it provides a wealth of more information and news. This makes it an altogether more appealing search engine to visit than the bland Google. I'm quite interested in how MS would change Yahoo should any buyout take place. If you don't care, don't comment.
Grand Theft Auto steals the show 4:21pm on 01 May 2008 I run on it the 360 and i have noticed some random popup. Nowhere near as bad as the PS2 GTA games so this is a relief.

Beyond that I don't really care about which format plays the best. I don't have Xbox Live for online content. They're identical games on shipping and the bare mnimum of performance on a PS3 Isn't enough to make me spend an extra £150 on a PS3 console for no decent games at the minute. When MGS4 is released I might rethink my decsision on a PS3 but until then i see no difference between the 2 besides the price of the consoles that makes it worth it.
