Introducing BBC iPlayer Desktop for Mac, Linux and PC 4:00pm on 19 Dec 2008 Took me all day to work throug the muddled and confused process of installing on linux. When I finally managed to download some programs they would not play as they were unavailable. How can something on my computer be unavailable.

The iPlayer and its instructions and help are scattered all over your site. I suggest you streamline everything and make it more accessible.

How could they issue updates for a flaw in the operating systems browser. It is not a virus or spyware.
Is it safe to Explore? 6:46pm on 16 Dec 2008 Than god Mr Curran is bot my security advisor. If he thinks running anti-virus and anti-spyware makes it ok to run internet explorer then he should consider another job. Even microsoft are advising against the use of internet explorer.

The truth is if you want to be SAFER on the internet then don't use windows.
Broadband Britain - how fast, how far? 3:48pm on 09 Sep 2008 What is the point of super broadband if they throttle your bandwidth? My line is great and rated for 8MB/s but BT insist on throttling it to dial up levels. If this keeps up I will leave the internet.
