@13 that was a real US open golf course, not a phony one like what Mcilroy won on in 2011.
no birdies on the 18th hole; brilliant!! That's what a US Open should be, whilst at the masters we expect lots of birdies. Different majors should provide different challenges.

Well done Rose, good to see someone win without all the celebrity baggage that comes with orthers.
Tiger was as miserable as ever, along with death and taxes that's a certainty in life. Sadly his golf game at majors isn't compensating for it now. - Wales pay price for selection 'arrogance' - JJ Williams 11:19am on 16 Jun 2013 Wales lost because they didn't cheat enough at the scrum. The players they sent weren't as adept in that part of the game than the Welsh Lions.

@43 Audley Harrison gets paid millions of pounds for standing in a ring for 90 seconds before getting knocked out. Yet he's am MBE and gets a lot of coverage.

A wet Golf course? That rules out Mcilory and Mickelson, not that the latter could win at a dry US Course. Amazing he managed multiple runners-up spots with driving about as accurate as Seve's.
it sounds like a course perfect for tiger. Best wedge player in the game.
