I can't help feeling that Donnacha Delong is in fear of losing his livelihood to a technology that allows members of the general public to do a better job than he can. His comments about people not doing the job of a journalist are without merit in a lot of cases where 'citizen journalism' has made an impact, purely because the news is reported direct from the source without being filtered through a large media organisation. More than once in the interview he says 'what I meant the article to say...' which suggests he knows it was largely misinterpreted - as a journalist he should be worried for his future!
