Calling the Bloggers of the Night

Post categories:

Chris Vallance | 21:09 UK time, Saturday, 21 October 2006

Pods and Blogs is part of Five Live's, weekly overnight international news sequence Up All Night, so it's nice to know there are some bloggers out there to keep us company in the wee small hours. In the comments section Mark (aka The Masked Writer) has left us a note about his blog. We'd love to hear from more night work bloggers - I thought Mark's comments about why he blogs were just great:

My Blog is about how I see the news story’s of the night, it’s a real street level view of the news and why am I doing this in my Blog? For my daughters so they will have something they can look up to see what there father was thinking about and what makes him go all wonky at the TV when the news is on, LOL.

Mark is a late night truck driver and author (a very cool combination of professions). If like him you work and blog late night get in touch and tell us a bit about your blogs, and yourselves.

Actually, I hear BBC Five Live Up All Night from 8:00PM-10:00PM Miami Time [except when there is big news, family celebration [which is happening in this period of October to December, or a Friday Night until 11:00PM].

At times while hearing Up All Night, I work on my blog alvarezgalloso.blogster.com. Since I started on 21-Sept-2006, I have written 103 contributions [including articles, commentaries, and things of interest] and have had 1,414 visitors.

    Cheers

I have another blog to recommend which talks about the creeping totalitarianism existing in USA.
