This is your blog..honest
At 2AM every Tuesday morning, about 3 hours before your average starling considers it worth winding up his pipes to greet returning night shift workers, Five Live plays host to a unique radio experiment. Pods and blogs is an hour of radio dedicated to covering the news as it's seen by bloggers, podcasters and the citizen media. It's our attempt to report the news members of the public are creating, discussing and sharing across the world thanks to the internet.
We want you to be part of this. The segment needs your ideas and your suggestions for stories, guests and approaches to topics. If you've found a good blog, a great podcast or have an interesting story to tell leave a comment on the blog or send an email to upallnight@bbc.co.uk And you don't have to pull an all-nighter to take part; you can listen online any time of day thanks to an online audio archive.
Can I suggest "As A Dodo" http://www.asadodo.com? It's a new UK site featuring spoof obituaries and tributes - so far it's covered everything from David Beckham's England Career to Tony Blair's Grip on Power via everything from iTunes and the Planet Pluto to a tribute to Steve Irwin from a crocodile.
It makes me laugh, anyway.

Due to the nature of these pictures as I'm sure you can reasonably understand I am maintaining some level of anonymity.

Complain about this postThe 800th year of Liverpool as a city will be celebrated in 2008. In 2007 the city will be honoured with being the European Cty of Culture. The city symbol 'The Liver Birds ' have been seen by millions of emigrants leaving these shores. Liverpool is the 2nd most written about city after London in the country. Yet with all the glory this city has had in the past and in the future it has failed to honour it's past heros. The creator of the Liver Birds was a German migrant. Like the migrants we are seeing today looking for work. He had skill to use and used it well. But when the war broke out his memory was systematically removed from all records and he was interned in a prisoner of war camp on the Isle of Man. Why is it that we write the history the way it suits us and with the facts. He was my great Grandfather and his place in Liverpools history should be honoured. Treated the same as all the other non German heros who have made Liverpool what it is.

My day is a night as I drive a monster orange B&Q juggernaut up and down the country while the country sleeps, I do this while listening to radio 5 live and radio 4 then as soon as I get home I put the world to rights in my blog.
In between work and shopping,I live to shop, I write like the wind, I have one book on sale at the moment its title is, The Bible Two and as my Blog banner suggests it’s the worlds best unknown satirical fantasy thriller. if you Google mark fullick you can find my book, its over at Waterstones and Barns and Noble well its all over the place and if I keep my fingers crossed along with my eyes it might be a film.
My Blog is about how I see the news story’s of the night, it’s a real street level view of the news and why am I doing this in my Blog? For my daughters so they will have something they can look up to see what there father was thinking about and what makes him go all wonky at the TV when the news is on, LOL. I also chart a strange course through the bizarre and imposable world of my adventurers in trying to capture me an agent for my next book.

Complain about this postWith "Dame" Julie Andrews birthday, came an email to me from a mate with the tale of a song sung by Julie which is absolutely hysterical. I copy it herebelow!
"To commemorate her 69th birthday actress / vocalist, Julie Andrews made a special appearance at Manhattan's Radio City Music Hall for the benefit of the AARP. One of the musical numbers she performed was "My Favourite Things" from the legendary movie "Sound Of Music." Here are the lyrics she used:
Maalox and nose drops and needles for knitting,
Walkers and handrails and new dental fittings,
Bundles of magazines tied up in string,
These are a few of my favourite things.
Cadillac's and cataracts and hearing aids and glasses,
Polident and Fixodent and false teeth in glasses,
Pacemakers, golf carts and porches with swings,
These are a few of my favourite things.
When the pipes leak,
When the bones creak,
When the knees don't bend,
I simply remember my favourite things,
And then I don't feel so bad.
Hot tea and crumpets and corn pads for bunions,
No spicy hot food or food cooked with onions,
Bathrobes and heating pads and hot meals they bring,
These are a few of my favourite things.
Back pains, confused brains, and no fear of sinnin',
Thin bones and fractures and hair that is thinnin',
And we won't mention our short shrunken frames,
When we remember our favourite things.
When the joints ache,
When the hips break,
When the eyes grow dim,
Then I remember the great life I've had,
And then I don't feel so bad.
(Ms. Andrews received a standing ovation from the crowd that lasted over four minutes and repeated encores.)"
Cheers,
Complain about this post2007 has seen me start my very first blog centered around a photo a day.
MY PHOTO A DAY 2007
After a stay in hospital in December with an infection in my Brain and Lungs things haven't really picked up and I am currently suffering from Post Herpetic Neuralgia. On top of this I have had a broken foot for 16 months and am now awaiting surgery to 'fix' the break with metal plates etc! All these things combined mean I am unable to walk more than a few paces on crutches so, for the forseeable future I am unable to leave my flat which means the images you see here will all be things from inside my home. January I completed a month of shots entitled 'My Kitchen' and February is Teddy bear month!
Would love for you to check my site out :o)
