"The photo is of Komsomolskaya metro which I passed on the way to the commentary booth at the 1980's stadium, It was built for Moscow Olympics.

I stand out in the crowd for wearing a bright green checked shirt. I
am alone among men for doing so. The system is to walk fast knowing
where you are going. This is hard when you don't so I have adopted
controlled chaos approach, walking very fast and then stopping in a corner.

I must look like I have a heart condition.

Tonight's semi-final contains a man dressed as a green gimp. I suspect he'll be eliminated."

Paddy is LIVE ON BBC THREE tonight at 20.00.
